Our retail side has 100's of different items. We have all of our World Famous Kringle flavors as well as 1 special flavor only available in Appleton - Apple Bourbon Kringle. The bakery side also has fresh donuts, breads, buns, desserts, cookies, cakes, take n bake meals and much more!

Uncle Mike's Food Emporium offers all the great food offered from the 3 Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppes in Green Bay but in addition, has a full-service restaurant and bar featuring craft cocktails and 16 taps. The restaurant specializes in Wood Fired Pizza.
